Domain Experts, LLC reserves the right to modify content on the Site and these Terms of Use and Service periodically without prior notice or consent.
Domain Experts, LLC is not affiliated with any of the adult sites or outside links that are listed or advertised through the use of domain names owned by us. They simply pay us a fee or commission to advertise here. Customer agrees to use names purchased or leased only for lawful purposes. Domain Experts reserves the right to terminate any account for which a Domain Experts leased domain is found to be pointing or otherwise directing traffic to any material in violation of any U.S. or state statute or regulation, including but not limited to material demonstrated to us to be in violation of U.S. copyright law, and material legally judged to be threatening or obscene.
To the best of our knowledge none of DomainExperts.Com's products or services infringe on anyone's rights, real or implied.
All domains in Domain Experts inventory were originally purchased and previously used in an entertainment and informational website and are no longer needed. Domain Experts has no knowledge, information, or intent to violate any third party intellectual property rights.
It remains the Customer's responsibility to determine if there are any intellectual property conflicts from their intent to use a domain name before buying or leasing the name.
Customer agrees that Domain Experts will not be liable for any loss of, or use of, Customer's domain name, or for interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Third Party Disputes:
In the event that you have a dispute with any other user, including with another party to any transaction, facilitated through the DomainExperts.Com web site, you agree to release DomainExperts.Com, and its agents, members, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with any such dispute (Claim or Demand).
Customer acknowledges and agrees that this Policy may change from time to time and that, Domain Experts may modify or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice or consent, and that such changes are binding upon the Customer.
Limitation of Liability:
You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any DomainExperts.Com service(s) provided under this Agreement and/or for any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s).
Domain Experts and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the Domain Experts services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Forwarding or Redirection to your site is dependent on resources beyond Domain Experts' control. It is completely the responsibility of the client to monitor functionality of any forwarding or redirection services we may provide.
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim any and all loss or liability resulting from, but not limited to:
loss or liability resulting from access delays or access interruptions;
loss or liability resulting from acts of God; civil insurrection, war or terrorism;
loss or liability resulting from the unauthorized use or misuse of your user name or password;
loss or liability resulting from the development or interruption of your Web site;
You agree that use of DomainExperts.Com's services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided on an as is, and, an as available, basis. (ie: we can decide to SELL a leased domain at any time)

DomainExperts.Com makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
Nor does DomainExperts.Com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of any of its products or services.
Indemnity:
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold DomainExperts.Com, Domain Experts, LLC and our members, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates and subsidiaries harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, of third parties relating to or arising under this Agreement, the DomainExperts.Com services provided hereunder or your use of the DomainExperts.Com services, including without limitation infringement or dilution by you, or someone else using our service(s) from your computer, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, (living or dead); or a violation of any of our rules or policies relating to the service(s) provided.
If there is a determination that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
Before purchasing (OR leasing) a domain name from DomainExperts.Com, Customer (Applicant) warrants that
a) the applicant has a right to use the name,
b) the applicant has a bona fide intention to use the name regularly,
c) the use does not interfere with or infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights,
d) the applicant does not intend to use the domain name for any unlawful use; and
e) the applicant agrees to resolve any disputes through arbitration.
Third Party Web Sites and Information:
The Site may provide hyperlinks to third party websites or access to third party
content. Domain Experts, LLC does not control, endorse, or guarantee content
found in such sites. You agree that Domain Experts, LLC is not responsible for
any content, associated links, resources, or services associated with a third
party site. You enter credit card or personal information at your own risk.
You further agree that Domain Experts, LLC shall not be liable for any loss
or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content. Links
and access to these sites are provided for your convenience only.
Trademark Information:

on our site are trademarks of Domain Experts, LLC in the United States and/or
other countries. Other DomainExperts marks, graphics, logos, page headers, button

and trade dress and are the sole and exclusive property of Domain Experts, LLC.
Domain Experts, LLC's service marks, trademarks and trade dress may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, in any manner that disparages or discredits DomainExperts and in connection with any service or product that is not sponsored, endorsed or produced by DomainExperts.
