Ever write a letter to a company and get a form letter in response?

We hate that!

If seems to me that if I take the time to write a note to a company, the very least they can do is write a personal message back to me. For one thing, if they truly are reading my email, how much effort is it to hit reply and send me a personal response?

Am I right?

Instead, I get spam. You won't get spam from RANT. If you'd like to include your email address, we'd like to respond to your email.
